Selection and Quotation Guide
For an accurate quotation, provide wheel position, diameter, width, hub length, bore, bearing type, single or tandem arrangement and floor conditions. Clear photographs should show the complete part, connection points and scale. A drawing is preferred for OEM production; a physical sample can support reverse identification when no controlled drawing exists. Brand and nominal capacity information are useful search inputs, but they are not sufficient evidence of interchangeability. Dimensions from a reference manual apply only to the models listed in that document and must not be treated as universal pallet truck specifications.
Engineering and Failure Checks
Engineering review should include flat spots, tread separation, cracks, chips, embedded debris, bearing play and worn axles. The visible damaged part may be a symptom rather than the root cause. For example, a worn pin can damage a bracket, a seized bearing can overload a wheel fork, and incorrect release adjustment can be mistaken for a pump defect. Trained service personnel should inspect the complete load path or control path with the truck unloaded and safely supported. Replacing one component without correcting its mating condition can shorten the service life of the new part.
OEM Manufacturing Process
Our confirmed in-house capabilities support PU wheel production, injection molding where applicable, hub preparation, bearing installation and dimensional inspection. The applicable route depends on the component and approved requirements; not every process is used for every part. A normal OEM workflow is drawing and sample review, manufacturability confirmation, prototype development, tooling where required, sample approval and controlled production. Inspection points are agreed from the approved drawing or sample.
